Tandem held it’s annual Advance Graduate Presentations with two of our young engineers graduating from the programme. The senior leadership team and attendees heard presentations from five graduates across Environmental Health & Safety, Process Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering and Digital Transformation. The graduates reported on their programme to date, the work that they have undertaken, the technical and personal skills that they have developed, the positive impact of Tandem’s culture on their early careers and their key learning from the programme.
Jason Cullinane and Joe Golden also presented a work-related lunch and learn as part of their second-year programme. The skills and knowledge that they presented were indicative of their growth as engineers in the past two years with Tandem.
Congratulations to all the presenters on a great event, and congratulations to Jason and Joe on graduating Tandem’s Advance Graduate Programme.
